Companies can now run WhatsApp through the official Business API using their own Twilio account, alongside the existing linked-device option.

Send and receive official WhatsApp messages in the same ControlGrid inbox.
Keep Twilio credentials and the sender number configurable per company.
Choose one active WhatsApp channel without changing how the team handles conversations.

The new Account area gives each organization self-serve subscription billing and one home for its connected bank accounts.

Owners can subscribe, change plan, manage the payment method and open invoice history through Stripe.
Finance teams can keep ING connected through Ponto and add a Wise business account for balances and account details.
Every connection stays scoped to the organization that configured it.

Import now handles spreadsheets, PDFs, photos, scans and whole folders, with an editable review step before anything reaches the live data.

Drag in up to 500 files or choose a whole folder.
Review and correct every AI-transcribed row before pressing Import.
Route recognised supplier invoices into the normal purchase-invoice workflow instead of flattening them into rows.

A quieter way to move through the system.

The main workspace was simplified around clear pillars, with the relevant work tabs moved into a horizontal strip directly below the header.

Find the area of the business first, then the task inside it.
Keep more room for the actual work instead of nested navigation.
Existing routes remain in place while the way through them becomes calmer.

LIVE · DAILY-USE TESTING

Shop grids that follow the team’s own order.

Distribution teams can move shop columns into the sequence that makes sense for their day, while edits remain correctly tied to the right shop.

Drag a shop header, or use the arrow controls for precise moves.
The chosen view is remembered per grid and can be reset at any time.
Autosave safeguards keep an in-progress edit attached to the right client and product, even while the view changes.

The first review is always the work itself.

ControlGrid OS is tested in a working food factory before it is called finished. We publish named feedback only when the member has approved it; the rest becomes practical improvements like the releases above.
