Context travels with the work.
A quantity, a decision or a customer requirement should still be there when the next person takes over.

The ControlGrid story
It began with a food manufacturer in Antwerp and a week full of things that needed to connect. The product still starts there: with the people doing the work.
Meet the productAntwerp, Belgium · Built alongside Tasty Foods
01 / The starting point
At Tasty Foods, making and distributing fresh products means keeping up with production, shop shelves, packing and returns. Paper, spreadsheets and conversations all carried part of the story. Someone had to carry the context between them.
ControlGrid grew around those connections. A shelf count informs preparation. Preparation informs what needs making or buying. Packing and delivery carry the decisions forward.
The weekly preparation now runs in ControlGrid, and the team keeps shaping the product through daily use. Other areas, including the move from the previous invoicing system, are introduced with care. Progress is measured by work that becomes clearer.

Useful software earns its place in the middle of a busy day.
A quantity, a decision or a customer requirement should still be there when the next person takes over.
Suggestions remain suggestions. Supported assistant changes are shown for a person to review before they are saved.
A printable production sheet matters as much as a tablet screen. The right way to work is the one the team can actually use.
03 / Who it is for
Built for companies that produce or distribute physical goods. What you make, how you buy and how you deliver should shape the setup.
Short shelf lives. Your own delivery round. Counts, preparation and returns that need to stay connected.
From shelf count to the next deliveryCustomer demand becomes a production plan, with recipes, ingredient needs and the work on the floor in view.
From production plan to finished goodsBuy finished products, hold them or send them straight out. Keep supplier needs and customer quantities together.
From supplier order to customer fulfilmentCoordinate what each customer needs with packing, delivery paperwork, prices and the next commercial step.
From customer requirements to deliveryA considered next step
Tasty Foods remains the first live deployment. For a new business, we start with a demo and a conversation about fit, scope and onboarding. New workspaces are part of a controlled rollout.
