Who we are

This website (controlgridos.com) is operated by Chananje Jacob, trading as Tasty Foods, registered at Magdalenastraat 27, 2018 Antwerpen, BE, VAT BE0628841003 (“we”, “ControlGrid OS”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: info@tasty-foods.be.

What we collect, and why

Demo requests. When you submit the “Book a demo” form we collect your name, company, work email, optional phone number and optional message. We use this data for exactly one purpose: responding to your request and arranging the demo you asked for.

• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
• No marketing lists: submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, and we do not sell or rent personal data. Ever.

Plan and organization applications. When you apply for a ControlGrid workspace, we collect the organization and owner details you enter, the plan and billing period you selected, and optional operational notes. We use them to review the application, prevent duplicate or fraudulent workspace creation, contact the proposed owner, and—if approved—prepare the requested organization and subscription. Applying does not itself charge a card.

• Legal basis: steps requested by you before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent for the application review, and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform and existing organizations secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: rejected or withdrawn applications are kept for up to 24 months for support, fraud prevention and audit; approved application data becomes part of the organization account record for the life of that account and the legally required period afterward.

Spam protection. The public forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish people from bots. We additionally apply rate limiting keyed on a one-way hashed (HMAC) derivative of your IP address; we do not store your raw IP address with your request.

No tracking. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

ControlGrid in ChatGPT

Connecting is optional. We store the connecting account, selected company, granted permissions, expiry and connection activity so that requests use that person’s existing company access. Each request may return relevant customer names, product details, order lines, invoice balances and record links to OpenAI. Identity permissions may also share your name and verified email address. The consent screen describes these permissions before you connect.

Draft preparation stores the proposed customer, products, quantities, prices, tax, delivery date and notes for review. A proposal expires after fifteen minutes. An order is created only after you confirm it in ControlGrid and then follows your company’s ordinary record retention. We retain connection activity and proposal records for ninety days; expired connection records are removed after a further ninety days during service cleanup. Access codes and tokens are stored as one-way hashes.

Disconnecting stops future access. It does not remove information already returned to your ChatGPT conversations. OpenAI handles that information according to your account settings and its policies. You can manage or delete those conversations through OpenAI. For questions about the ControlGrid connection records or a deletion request, contact us at info@tasty-foods.be.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of processors to run this website:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Supabase (database hosting)
• Google Workspace / Gmail (email delivery of your request to us)
• Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection)

Where processing happens outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by the processor’s EU data-processing terms including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy (portability) of your personal data; you can object to or ask us to restrict processing; and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@tasty-foods.be and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Material changes to how we use demo-request data will be communicated to affected contacts directly.
