1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the controlgridos.com website, operated by ‹REVIEW: legal entity name› (“we”, “ControlGrid OS”). By using the website you accept them. Use of the ControlGrid OS software itself is governed by a separate customer agreement, not by these terms.

2. What the website is for

The website presents the ControlGrid OS product and lets you request a demo. Content is provided for general information; it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and product capabilities described here may evolve.

3. Intellectual property

The website’s content — text, design, graphics, and the ControlGrid OS name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission. The Tasty Foods name is used with its owner’s permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the website: no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping of the demo form, no submitting false or unlawful content through it.

5. No warranty; liability
